The City of Caddo Mills has begun construction of several improvements to the City’s sewer system. The project includes the construction of new sewer lines. The sewer system improvements are funded through the EPA under the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program administered by the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB).
