Oncor has notified the City that they will shut off the power to the downtown area of Caddo Mills on Saturday, November 23, 2024, so that crews can safely update the overhead wiring, the poles, and transformers in the area to be compatible with the new substation.
This WILL affect all businesses in the downtown area.
The planned outage will begin at 7:00 a.m., weather permitting, and is expected to end around 3:00 p.m.
