The City of Caddo Mills is a Type A General Law City with a Council-manager government.
The City Manager is appointed by the City Council and is responsible for setting policies, managing public services, listening to the community’s concerns, supervising staff, implementing an annual budget, and identifying new approaches to solving common problems.
