The Finance Director serves as the primary financial advisor to the City Manager and is responsible for financial reporting and safeguarding assets of the City of Caddo Mills.

The director oversees all aspects of finance, including the annual budget preparation and monitoring, financial reporting, investment of public funds, annual audits, purchasing, cash management, bank relations, accounts payable and receivable, debt management, and payroll.
