The City of Caddo Mills, Texas (the “City”) will hold a public hearing at 9:30 A.M. on September 28, 2023 via teleconference at Dial-In: 1.877.336.1828; Access Code: 5338807#. Among the items to be discussed will be a proposal for the issuance by the City of one or more series of its tax-exempt certificates of obligation (the “Obligations”), which Obligations will be issued pursuant to a plan of finance. The proceeds of the Obligations will be used to finance acquiring, constructing, and equipping additions, improvements, and extensions to the City’s municipal airport, including the construction of additional hangars, and to pay costs of issuing the Obligations, at the following location and for the respective maximum principal amount: $2,000,000 at 4246 N, FM1565, Caddo Mills, Texas 75135. The Project will be owned and operated by the City.
